Request a room away from the hallways for a quieter stay, especially if you're sensitive to noise.

hallways are smelly, bathroom had hair in it. I was charged for two people when I was alone because online booking.

Close to freeway and to csu.

Couldn't recommend more for strolling around

Comfortable room, peaceful atmosphere, with excellent Wi-Fi and a convenient location that provided easy access to the highway for exploring nearby attractions.

It was all fantastic.

Wifi signal was poor and the breakfast was limited

Unique base for exploring Chico. The nice service was provided in this exceptionally comfortable and friendly hotel. A writing desk and an iron in the room and the comfy bed. Coffee, toast, cereal, pastries and yogurt for breakfast, nice touch. Particularly good position in the pretty nice area, short walk to other areas, restaurants, and the bay.

overall decent but needs some polish

The peaceful atmosphere really stood out . The internet connectivity was super reliable, allowing me to catch up on some work without interruptions. The breakfast spread included decent options like waffles and yogurt that were satisfactory. I appreciated the pleasant demeanor of the staff. Their friendliness.

Friendly staff who were able to give clear directions to the hotel and answer questions about area services. Pool was great, laundry room a plus.

No lift to 2nd or 3rd stories so you had to be able to climb stairs or have a first floor room. Outside was very noisy due to freeway across street (noise did not intrude indoors.)

Nice hotel and good price.

The lady at the check-in was very unfriendly, unpleasant. She skope fast and with an impersonal tone. She sounded very annoyed and it seemed that she was doing us a favor.

Pool area was clean, but overall disappointing.

The location was great and awesome, very close to downtown, restaurants, fast food, coffee, hospital, movie theater and Chico, California, in a nice area.

Shower handle difficult to master

The bed was super comfy, always a plus! I liked the room decor, and the space was nice overall. The front desk staff were really helpful too. I had a good experience, but I can't believe I got a smoking room-I expected it to be gross, but it was worse. Smelled so strong! I had to buy spray just to deal with it. But if you forget about the smell, the rest was decent!

It is easy on and off freeway access. It is quiet. The limited access to the motel through secure doors gives you a sense of added security.

The quality of the in room coffee was not to my taste.

I must say, it was close to our destination. Our room was dingy, very old. It is in extreme need of some updating. The air did not work. The towels were so thin, they should have been thrown away years ago but we only had 2 of them, so we had to use them. When 2 people stay in 1 room they should have 2 glasses - we had one. We will not stay here again.
